Hi Dear all, 2 news to share.
First of all, Yes! I have mastered Adobe Photoshop's basic within 2 Weeks... Next, I've quitted my previous job because my boss did not contribute my CPF and finally found time to learn this Photoshop CS2 which i wanted to learn for quite some time...
Studied my younger sister's whole Poly course book and finished it in less than 2 weeks... Gotta ask my sister to retire already...
By the way really hope my idiotic ex-employer (from a Recycling company quite famous in the CBD area for placing their recycling bins in offices) get some penalty charges for trying not to pay my CPF at all for 7 months... He cheated me of the whole sum of CPF plus interest of around $4,500 to $5,500.
Initially he lured me into his company saying my basic is $XXXX then after that on the day i went to sign the contract, he told me it was ($XXXX - $300). Only after 2 to 3 months of my confirmation in his company, only then he will pay me $XXXX. He knew i had quitted my previous job at that time & i had no choice and he tried to lie through by saying that I had heard wrongly. However I am certain I was right...
In the end, it took 3 months to confirm me when initially he says 2 months was most probably that latest that he would confirm me and he even added he knew my performance was outstanding to even extraordinary.
In the above mentioned way, he cheated me of $300.00 * 3 months = $900.00 without CPF. With CPF, he cheated me of $1,000.00+. Intelligent way of not being honest i must say. As time passes, he also try to deduct my commission whenever possible. He is thrifty to the extend he even squeeze every bangladeshi, indian, and chinese working for him and always tries to deduct their pay when they visit his office. He squeezes every contractor, printing company, tenants or almost everyone i knew who came in contact with him.
I would say his idea of recycling to help the environment is good but the character & integrity of his made me give up helping him even though i enjoy the meaning to help save earth. I have left the company in the mid of this month and got CPF board to sue him. Hope CPF board really can deal with this type of bastards and claim back what i deserved because the more of these people in our society, the more trouble the create for everyone. They think that only they themself have a family to feed, a dream to fulfil.
He live in a condo and drive 2 litre car, talk like an expert (many times boasting excessively) and acts gentlemen. I hope people reading this will be more cautious when looking for jobs in companies especially small one.
Beware not to forget checking your CPF account!
